Safeguarding Support
At Sir William Stanier School, we are committed to supporting the wellbeing, development, and success of every child and their family through a range of inclusive and nurturing support services.
Our Breakfast Club provides students with a calm and welcoming start to the day, ensuring they have access to a healthy breakfast and are ready to learn.
We also offer a daily Meet and Greet, helping students settle positively into school each morning while building strong, supportive relationships with families.
We recognise the importance of emotional wellbeing and provide access to counselling and therapeutic support, including services such as Visyon. We work closely with external agencies, including the Mental Health Support Team (MHST), to support students who may need help with their emotional wellbeing, mental health, or self-regulation.
Our safeguarding, pastoral, and SEND Team work closely together to ensure that individual needs are understood and supported. Students also have access to ASPIRE, which provides additional support for regulation, wellbeing, and inclusion.
Through these provisions, we aim to create a caring, safe, and inclusive environment where all children and families feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.
If you would like any further information or support, please contact a member of our Safeguarding Team.
